Please note that sales tax will be charged for residents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts only. Shipping Shipping times and methods vary from item to item. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Most orders are shipped by the manufacturer via ground service with Fed-Ex/UPS. Most of our feeding gear is shipped priority mail in one to two business days. Multiple items may ship in separate packages. Please allow 6-10 working days for delivery. If you should need to rush an item please contact us by calling 1800-533-9785 and we will look into special shipping arrangements for you. Volume or oversized orders may incur additional shipping charges. Shipping to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii: Most of our items ship to Canada with the exception of Oeuf and a few smaller manufactures. There are additional fees. Please give us a call if you want an estimated shipping quote or your item may have a shipping quote marked in the description. We currently are not set up to ship outside of North America or to AP APO addresses. Please check back as this may change at some point. Return Policy What about returns? We’re more than happy to exchange your item for another one, or give you a store credit within 30 days of purchase so long as the item is in resalable condition (we cannot take back bedding for sanitation purposes) and you provide a valid receipt. We do not issue refunds unless the item came damaged. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip.
*There are a few exceptions to include all sale items are final. Please see below items that cannot be returned for credit or have special terms. Note: A restocking fee may apply to some items. Some of our items come directly from manufacturer so please check your packing slip to find out where to ship it. We cannot be responsible for the shipping costs on returns unless your item came damaged. If your item came damaged or there is an error in your order please contact our Customer Service at OrganicGreenMommy 1800-533-9758. We will issue you an immediate pick up and upon inspection, we will be happy to replace the item. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package, and mail it to the address on the packing slip. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to give you a store credit or exchange your purchase. If you do not have a packing slip, please call us at 1800-533-9758. *Below are the following items that are nonreturnable or have a different return policy. - Kee-Ka items are only exchangeable for a 14 day period.
- Soft Star Shoes ARE returnable for a full refund up to 30 days please call if you need to return them.
- All sales are final on the following: Ouef furniture, and all mattresses, pillows, & toppers of any kind.
Registry FAQs Can I use the email link to my registry to give friends or put on the invitation? Yes! We issue you a link that you can use to send to your friends and family. You can also give them our URL: www.organicgreenmommy.com and have them select green registry and then enter your or your child's first and last name in the "Find a Registry" field on the Registry Main Page to shop your registry. My shower is over and baby is born and I still have remaining items needed on my registry. How can I complete my registry? At OrganicGreenMommy.com we want you to be totally satisfied and get everything you desired so we will give you 5% off the rest of your baby registry 6 months past the registry event date. Just send us an email requesting the 5% registry completion coupon and we will email you back a promo code to use to buy the remaining items. Note: This coupon will not apply to any affiliate items you registered for. It only applies to items that can be purchased through OGM shopping cart. Will gift wrapping be an option? We try not to offer gift wrapping. Why? Because we at OrganicGreenMommy are striving to be as environmentally-conscious as possible and reduce needless packaging waste including wrapping paper. That being said, if you are attending a shower or birthday registry, you have two options: - You can have the product shipped to you directly and wrap it yourself, (hopefully with recycled or organic wrapping paper).
- Or if you really need it wrapped you can give us a call and we will most likely wrap it for you. There is an additional fee for gift wrapping.
What is the miscellaneous note for? We at OrganicGreenMommy want to support local boutiques and independant stores. We know how much fun it can be to do a little shopping in your favorite local shop. Because of this, we provide you with the option to list your local retailer on your registry’s miscellaneous note section. This allows all your registry accounts to be listed in one area for your friends and family to view. How will I track or know who my gifts are from? On the check out page there is a gift note box where your friends must leave a note so that you will have documentation of who your gifts are from. Why and How Do I Upload a Picture to My Registry? This is a fun way to customize your registry for your viewers. The image also helps in case someone was on a registry with a duplicate name or by chance logged into the incorrect registry. Please make sure you use a jpeg image otherwise our system cannot upload it. The image will be as big as your settings on the photo are. Some expecting parents scan their ultrasound image in or use a picture of the expecting couple, enjoy!
